Looking to host a corporate luncheon, training, meeting, or retreat for your staff? Wayside’s Education & Training Center features a large space that can be divided into three smaller rooms know as the Multipurpose Rooms. This multifunctional space allows Wayside the much needed space to host public dog training classes, volunteer trainings, adoption events, Camp Wayside, and private events.

Events Wayside does not host:

  • Wedding receptions
  • Late-night parties
  • Concerts
  • Public admission events

All room rental types include the following:

  • Access to kitchen for prep and catering
  • Usage of the Welcome Center/Lobby and Pre-function areas
  • Parking on Wayside’s campus
  • Access to 6 unisex restrooms and a Nursing Mother’s Room
  • Access to the outdoor viewing balcony
  • Tables and chairs
  • Coat rack

With state-of-the-art technology, this space is perfect for hosting your next event! Available technology includes:

  • Built-in A/V system
  • Microphones and sound
  • Projector and screen
  • Podiums
  • Stands
  • Hearing impaired aids

Rental Times

Wayside hosts many internal and private events for our programs and services. External or third party rentals are limited based on availability and event type. Events must fall within daily operation hours and not interupt the well-being of our shelter animals.

General event rental time frames are:
Monday 10am – 5pm
Tuesday – Friday 10am – 7pm
