Adoption Process
The adoption process can take between 30-90 minutes, depending on the number of guests we are serving. Due to this time commitment, we are unable to start animal introductions, adoption holds, or adoptions 30 minutes prior to close. We look forward to providing you with very personal attention as you embark upon this exciting adventure of becoming a new pet parent!
Are You Ready?
- Are all family members in agreement to add a new member to the family?
- Does your landlord allow pets, have certain breed or weight restrictions, or require a pet deposit?
- What are your city’s ordinances regarding the number of pets you can own and their breed?
- Are there adjustments to consider relative to the time and/or financial commitment of a new pet?

- WEDNESDAY 11am – 7pm
- THURSDAY, 11am – 7pm
- FRIDAY 11am – 7pm
- SATURDAY 10am -5pm
- SUNDAY 10am – 5pm
Adoption Fees:
- Kittens (under 5 months) 2nd kitten adoption* 1/2 price) $150
- Adult Cats (5 months – 6 years) $50
- Puppies (under 4 months) $275
- High Profile Animals $275
- Adult Dogs (4 months – 7 years) $130
- Rabbits $45
- Small mammals $10-$45
- Silver Paws (7+ years) $25
- * 2nd kitten adoptions is 1/2 price when adopted at the same time.

Planning to adopt? You’re going to need a new collar and leash! Don’t worry – we’ve got you covered at Whiskers & Wags – our retail store. You could save 10-20% on your pet supplies! From leashes to litterboxes, squeaky toys to food – all purchases directly help us to rescue more homeless pets – just like the one you’re adopting! It’s one stop shopping that saves lives!
Military Personnel Discount
