Hi there! I am Baron, a 2-year-old happy-go-lucky pup who is more than excited to find my forever home! As you can tell, I am all smiles with charming brown eyes. If they haven’t stolen your heart yet through my picture, just wait until you come meet me in person!
I came to Wayside because my last shelter did not have enough room for us all. That did not discourage me because I know being here will connect me with the family of my dreams…you!
I am super friendly and will greet you with lots of love! I am very smart, too! I already know sit, down, and shake. I would love for us to continue working together to help me learn more things once we set out on our own!
I am a very cheerful and optimistic dog, and with this, I don’t want to let a minute pass without living life to the fullest. I have a lot of energy. I love to go on walks and runs and play like no one is watching! But because I am so energetic, I wouldn’t want to accidentally hurt any children under 5, so I would do best in a home with no kids.
I hope we have the same outlook on life—optimistic, active, and fun! If so, I am sure I would fit in your family perfectly! I am so looking forward to meeting you. Please come visit me, so we can begin making fun memories together! Bring the rest of the family, including other dogs, too!

Thanks for reading about me! My name is Coconut. I’m a gorgeous, dark-colored tortoiseshell kitty. They call torties like me, with lots of dark brown and black in my fur, chocolate torties. It’s a perfect description of me, because I am very sweet. I have large, soulful green eyes that you’ll never get tired of gazing into, I hope!
Here at Wayside, I have become known as a sweet, affectionate cat who enjoys attention and being petted. I will reward your efforts with some soft, gentle headbutts. I also enjoy snuggling up in a nice lap. So if you have one of those, that would be great!
I have a cute little meow and enjoy talking sometimes, but I love to listen, too. I also love to play. What’s my favorite toy? A feather wand! I sure hope my new people will play with me!

Hi I’m Noelle!
Yeah, I know I’m no spring chicken, but I’ve still got plenty of life to live and lots of love to give! My eyes may not see as well as they used to, but they still sparkle and shine, and I’ve got a beautiful smile to match. And I don’t just walk, I prance! I just love being outside and going on walks to explore the big wide world.
And who says older dogs aren’t playful? I am enamored with toys and like to toss them in the air and play a little game of fetch with myself. When I’m done with that, I want to snuggle up close and give lots of cuddles and kisses and then maybe take a nap on a nice fluffy dog bed.
