Please meet our Waifs of the Week: Addie, Sondra, and Winona, who are all looking for their forever homes!

Hey there, my name is Addie!

If my big brown eyes haven’t stole your heart already, my wonderful personality just may do the trick!

I was transferred to Wayside when my last spot ran out of room for me.  I am pretty excited and relieved to be here with these nice people, but what I dream of is my forever family to come for me.

I am 3 years old and 56 pounds.  I can be a little shy at first but warm up to you very quickly.  I am a smart girl who already knows the commands SIT and DOWN…GO ME!!!  I would love to learn more with you, and hope you have some yummy treats at your house.

I walk very good on a leash and don’t pull much at all.  If I sound like your ideal gal, please bring the whole family (dogs too) to meet me.

Hope to see you real soon

Love always, Addie

Pleased to meet you! My name is Sondra. What’s yours?

As you can see from my photos, I am a beautiful, shorthaired tortoiseshell girl with white paws and feet and amazing golden eyes. I came to Wayside from another shelter that was low on space. I was a young mother, raising some kittens. My baby-rearing days are behind me, and now I am ready to enjoy life as somebody’s baby!

Here at Wayside, I have become known as a shy, sweet kitty who likes to play with wand toys and cat charmers. I sure hope my new people with play with me! I’m a curious, sweet girl with a lot of love to give. I’d love to give some of it to you!

Love, Sondra

Pleased to meet you! My name is Winona, and I’m a gorgeous three-year-old gal with beautiful white fur! I came to Wayside when my last shelter ran out of space. Moving around has been scary, but everyone here is so nice, and I know it won’t be long until I find my forever family.
Let’s get to the interesting stuff, shall we?

My friends at Wayside have described me as a sweet and friendly girl. I’m smart too! I know “Sit”! I love treats, and I promise if you throw some my way I’ll be eager to learn even more. I also do pretty well on a leash. I’d love to go exploring with you. Maybe we could romp around a dog park? That would be so fun!

I do request that you bring the whole family, including canine friends, to meet me before going home. I just want to make sure we’re a good fit for each other.

If you’re looking for a pal to go through life with, look no further. I’ll love you unconditionally and I’ll always stick by your side.

Love, Winona
