Hey everyone! I’m Jackson!
I’m a big, happy lab/pittie mix looking for my people. I came to Wayside from another shelter down in Clinton. This place is fine, but I’d rather be hanging out with my permanent crew!
I’m just a good buddy trying to find my place in the world. I would make such a great family dog. I’m a big guy (about 70 pounds) and while I could use some training, I’m not hard to handle. I’m easy to walk. I think kids are fun. Toys are a blast. Fetch is the best! I like other dogs and I’m just an all-around easy going reasonable guy. Never mind my handsome looks.
I look forward to meeting you at Wayside! Ask for me when you get here. I’d love to be your dog.

Hi I’m Opal, get it? Cuz I’m pretty like a gem! What’s your name?
I’m a pretty 1 year old calico with one of the cutest noses you’ve ever seen and gorgeous eyes. I’m very level-headed but I’ll be your secret admirer, give me little time and I’ll shower you with purrs, head-butts and plenty of lap time! In the meantime you may not see me a whole lot but I’m always thinking of you. In my previous home I lived with other cats, and did well.

Hey there, I’m Jesse!
I was once alone, out roaming the streets, but then some nice people found me and brought me to Wayside. I am a happy gal here, they are so friendly and made me very comfortable while I wait for my forever hero.
I have beautiful markings on my fur, stunning eyes that will melt your heart and a personality to match. I am 60 pounds of awesomeness. I enjoy people petting me, talking nice walks with my harness so I focus well on my handler.
If you happen to have some of those things called tennis balls, I REALLY love those a lot!! I hope you can throw some for me out in OUR backyard. I would also enjoy learning more commands! I already know the SIT one, but am ready to learn many more things.
If I sound like a great match, please come meet me. Bring the whole family, canines too, so we can make sure we all get along well.
